The River to Sea Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) does hereby inform the public that the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for fiscal years (FY) 2016/17 and 2017/18, which contains a description of, and a budget for, the proposed annual planning activities for the TPO staff is available for review and comment.
