Request for Proposals (RFP) for General Planning Consultants (GPC)
The River to Sea TPO has issued a Request for Proposals for General Planning Consultants. The deadline for submittals is June 9, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Responses submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified consulting firms interested in providing general planning consultant services on a work assignment basis for the River to Sea Transportation Planning Organization (TPO). The respondents are expected to have a broad range of knowledge and experience in a variety of transportation planning and staff support activities to assist the TPO in accomplishing the various tasks and deliverables outlined in the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP).
