Below is information regarding an upcoming construction project from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) on Nova Road (State Road (S.R.) 5A) from U.S. 1 to Herbert Street in Port Orange.
Construction is scheduled to begin Monday, September 28. The project will repave approximately 3.3 miles of Nova Road to maintain a safe and reliable roadway surface. The project will also include upgrades to pedestrian curb ramps, as needed, to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
