Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)
Request for Public Comment

The River to Sea Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is seeking public comment on its Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for fiscal years (FY) 2022/23 and 2023/24. The UPWP contains a description of, and a budget for, proposed annual planning activities for the TPO staff.

Members of the public are encouraged to provide input regarding the draft FY 2022/23 and 23/24 UPWP. The document is available for review at:  Draft FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24 UPWP 

Public comments are being accepted on the draft UPWP through close of business on April 25, 2022. Comments regarding the UPWP may be made by contacting the TPO at the following address, phone and/or email:

The TPO Board is scheduled to approve the 2022/23 and 2023/24 UPWP at their May 25, 2022 meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. All River to Sea TPO meetings are open to the public and public participation is encouraged.
