The River to Sea TPO is seeking public comment on updates to its Title VI and Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plans.

The TPO’s Title VI program establishes and implements procedures to ensure we comply with federal and state statutes and regulations regarding discrimination. The plan also provides the process to file a complaint. The document covers race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, family or income discrimination.

The Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan ensures that we recognize the needs of LEP members of our community, implement a plan to communicate effectively and ensure reasonable access to our processes, information and decision-making.

Both of these documents are available for review and comment until April 27 at which time the TPO Board will take action on them at their meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The documents are available at: Draft 2022 Title VI-LEP Updates (03-23-22)

All committee and board meetings are open to the public and public participation is welcomed. If you are unable to attend these meetings, comments may be provided in advance in writing or by contacting the TPO staff. The above meetings will take place in the conference room of the River to Sea TPO office located at:

2570 W. International Speedway Blvd., Suite 100
Daytona Beach, FL 32114
