Detour on State Road 421 (Dunlawton Avenue) at Railroad Crossing
The closure will run from Saturday, May 8, through Wednesday, May 12.

Port Orange, Fla. – A five-day detour is scheduled on State Road (S.R.) 421 (Dunlawton Avenue) at the railroad crossing between Spruce Creek Road and U.S. 1 (Ridgewood Avenue) from 6 a.m. Saturday, May 8, until 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, for surface reconstruction work.

Eastbound traffic on S.R. 421 will be directed to take Spruce Creek Road to Commonwealth Boulevard to U.S. 1 as a detour. Westbound traffic on S.R. 421 will be directed to take U.S. 1 to Commonwealth Boulevard to Spruce Creek Road as a detour.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is providing project support to Florida East Coast Railway, LLC so they can safely conduct the work.

Please note that the construction schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
