County Schedules Impact Fee Meetings

Volusia County will conduct four public meetings to update residents on impact fees. Staff from the county’s Growth and Resource Management Department will provide a brief history on impact fees, present information from a recent consultant study and take questions.

The meetings will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on these dates:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 23, in the first-floor training room of the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand
  • Wednesday, Oct. 24, in the Brannon Center, 105 S. Riverside Drive, New Smyrna Beach
  • Thursday, Oct. 25, in the Deltona City Hall Commission Chambers, 2345 Providence Blvd., Deltona
  • Tuesday, Oct. 30, in the Daytona Beach City Commission Chambers, 301 S. Ridgewood Ave., Daytona Beach

Two or more County Council members may attend each meeting.

Notice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (Title II)

In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Volusia County will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs and activities.
