Trail Ribbon Cutting Invitation (9-21-18)
The Volusia County Council invites you to celebrate the opening of the newest phase of the county’s trail system.
Please join us at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018.
Park in the trail parking lot at 2200 Cow Creek Road, a half-mile south of State Road 442, Edgewater.
The 20.2-mile phase includes two segments: one that runs from Gobblers Lodge Road to Maytown Spur Road, and another that extends from the Brevard County line north to Cow Creek, where it connects to existing trail and the pedestrian overpass on State Road 442. With the completion of this segment, Volusia County has 58.7 miles of trails that stretch through cities and rural areas.
