The next annual retreat will be hosted by the River to Sea TPO and the Volusia County Association for Responsible Development and its Flagler Chapter (VCARD & FCARD).
This year’s topic will be proactive strategies to deal with sea level rise. The retreat will be held in the Bill France Room at the Daytona International Speedway and a full breakfast will be served.
