The APS Action Plan’s purpose is to improve safety and accessibility for pedestrians and transportation disadvantaged transit system users, especially those with visual impairments. The Plan will cover the TPO’s Metropolitan Planning Area in Volusia and Flagler Counties. The community meetings seek input on the community’s concerned locations for installing the APS equipment. The meetings will be in the format of a short presentation and open discussions.
