FDOT is conducting this PD&E study to expand the limits of the I-4 Ultimate project. As you may already know, the I-4 Ultimate construction is scheduled to begin in fall/winter 2014. It will reconstruct the interstate as well as add four express lanes between Kirkman Road/SR 435 in Orange County and SR 434 in Seminole County.
