The APS Action Plan is to improve safety and accessibility for pedestrians and transportation disadvantaged transit system users, especially those with visual impairments. The Plan will cover the TPO’s MPA in Volusia and Flagler County. The community meetings seek input on the community’s concerned locations for installing the APS equipment. The meetings will be in format of a short presentation and open discussions.
