RE:               2018 Work Program Public Hearing for Fiscal Years 2019/2020 – 2023/2024

Florida Department of Transportation–District Five

Dear Government Partner:

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will host a week-long online public hearing for the Tentative Five-Year Work Program for Fiscal Years 2019/2020 through 2023/2024, beginning Dec. 10, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. and ending Dec. 14, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. This online hearing will be open and available 24 hours a day for citizens to view and comment on project information at www.d5wpph.com.

There will be a public information outreach meeting from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, at the FDOT District Five Office in the Cypress A and B Conference Rooms, 719 South Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, FL 32720.  Staff will be available in-person to answer questions during this meeting.

Participants may provide comments at any time during the online public hearing.  Written comments may also be submitted by mail, no later than Dec. 24, 2018 to Mr. Michael Shannon, P.E., Florida Department of Transportation, 719 South Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, FL 32720.
